Lovely 2-Bedroom Holiday Home with free parking

Negative: couldnt gain access to it owner didnt know where the keys were didnt give free refund for the inconvenience

Awful Positive: nothing it was awful. Negative: I Stayed at City Haven Apartments and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The apartment was not as described and was in an unacceptable condition on arrival. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not properly prepared for guests. There were cigarette burns on one of the bed blankets, a chair was broken, and the washing machine was left full of items. There was also a lack of basic cutlery. The main issue was safety. The downstairs living room window would not close properly, which is a serious concern in a ground floor apartment. I did not feel safe staying there at night, and when I had to leave the apartment, I was worried about the security of my belongings. In addition, one of the bedroom windows was difficult to open and close, which points to further maintenance problems. I did contact the owner during my stay, but responses were slow and no action was taken to address the issues. To make matters worse, the listing advertises a drop box for keys, but this is misleading. The key must be collected from and returned to a shop about 1km away, which is inconvenient and was not clearly communicated in advance. Overall, this property should not be let out in this condition. Like previous reviews, it is awful. Avoid at all costs. Booking.com should not be advertising this property as it is not fit for purpose. Very disappointing experience.

No lo recomiendo Positive: Hera una buena ubicación Negative: Que todo era como en los comentarios anteriores las camas incómodas las ventanas rotas el la cocina el horno da asco solo humo no se puede cocinar le falta muchos arreglos allí debería invertir algo de lo que gana en su propio departamento las camas rotas prácticamente dormía en el piso y después estuve esperando las chicas de la limpieza para entregarles las llaves y agradecerles su buenas intenciones y les regalé algunas cosas que yo no usaba por qué se ve de lejos que el propietario las trata muy mal por ser de color es una persona Rasista y no repara su departamento por que la limpieza no tiene nada que ver con las cosas rotas en el departamento les digo más la cafetera no sirve debería comprar una nueva y reparar urgentemente las ventanas rotas y comprar camas nuevas yo no pagué para dormir en maderas salí con un dolor en todo el cuerpo allí no descanse nada deberían devolverme mi dinero por que pase las peores días de mi vida de vacaciones allí no lo recomiendo sufrirán pesadillas allí

Don’t waste your time. Positive: Location and private parking. Negative: 1. Property didn’t feel very clean. We went out and bought cleaning supplies to give the apartment a quick freshen up. 2. Washing machine was out of action. 3. Living room and bedroom window handles were broken. Impossible to lock windows. For being on the ground floor it’s important for the windows to be lockable. Anyone could’ve broke in during the day or night and ransacked the place. 4. One of the beds were broken. The kids were up many times during the night because the mattress would collapse in on itself. Slats that are used to support the mattress were either missing or broken.

Positive: La cocina y el living son amplios y comodos. El internet funciona bien. Negative: Hay que recoger la llave a 10 minutos de la casa. Esta un poco alejado del supermarket. La manija de la puerta de un dormitorio esta rota y si no hay nadie mas fuera del dormitorio te quedas encerrado. Hay Moho en el techo del baño.
