Negative: The bathroom was full of mould on the ceiling all skirting boards were full of dust oven wasn't clean broken furniture in bedrooms blood stain on the mattress yellow stain on the cushion kitchen table sticky bedside tables not cleaned and wiped dirty fridge broken toilet seat no bin lid dodgy flooring food left in bedside draws,need new pillows as they were the worst ever, upstairs neighbours the lightshade was shaking very noisy, heating was on full when we arrived was like a sauna

Check in would be easier if there was a key box and not have to walk a mile to a shop. Cleaning wasn't brilliant lots of long hairs in the bathroom dirty skirting board left over food in fridge no wine glasses only 2 forks and 10 knives dining table needs ditching. Luxury apartment I don't think definitely not worth the money we paid

Overall a good, cheap, well located place to stay. - Key collection was 15 mins walk from accommodation we wasn’t told this until arrival which was fine but maybe a issue for others - The flat was generally clean, however some of the towels and pillows provided were stained and some damage/ burn marks around the flat but nothing bad enough to put us off - Location was perfect for us 10 mins walk drive from the centre, with lime bike outside you can get to the centre for a few pounds - The provided parking space was full when we arrived. After speaking to a member of staff we were told the owner of the property had lied and we didn’t have a space. Whether or not that’s true I’m unsure. The owner didn’t reply to my texts asking for help on the situation either All things taking into consideration it was a good stay and I can’t really complain too much other than the slight bit of uncleanliness but for the price point it’s a solid place to stay

Avoid! As it will cost you! Waiting for credit card claim. Positive: Nothing what so ever. Avoid like the plague. We walked back out. Took pictures of it as those online do not represent the reality. Had to book a hotel at inflated Christmas prices that evening. Now out of pocket for the price of the apartment and hotel. Negative: Ground apartment, floor window did not lock. Easily pushed or pulled open. Totally Unsafe. Walls filthy, toilet seat broken, Dirty bedding and mattress. Intercom hanging off wall. Skirting boards peeling. The complete sofa was stained with burst springs. Kitchen dirty, cupboard Skins peeling away. Table looked like a crack den. Rug filthy and rolled at the edges.
