Good location but house needs maintaining better Negative: Chairs wobbly or broke. Couldn't turn kitchen light off. Blinds on back door broken. Sugar container had water and a earbud in it. Floors and base of chairs were sticky. Kitchen kickboards not fixed. Not enough spoons or crockery. Gardens not maintained. Peeling wallpaper in the bedrooms
