The views, the location and house and neighbours was amazing! The garden was amazing and the host was always keeping us Positive: The views and style of the house were amazing, the cleaners and neighbours were amazing. The location perfect. The neighbours had two dogs and they were so cute and friendly and we were allowed to stay with them which was great! Negative: Nothing

AVOID Positive: Lovely house Negative: BEWARE BOOKING.COM SCAMMERS I really prefer to appreciate everything n the trees were beautiful and the house is gorgeous . But not well kept. Attempted scamming prior to entry. Broken blinds no curtains dog shit all over the garden overgrown garden but mostly dug over unusuabble full of rubbish dirty kitchen equipment and cutlery not enough cutlery no settee beds single bed too uncomfortable to sleep in no extra bedding and loads more issues

as potential to be lovely but…. Positive: location was great! Negative: I do feel there are several areas where the property is perhaps not as well maintained as advertised, and I wanted to provide some constructive feedback for future guests. The kitchen tap is extremely loose and, in my opinion, not particularly safe to use. There are also numerous burn marks throughout the carpets, and the general condition of the paintwork could do with attention. The internal doors are visibly marked and in need of repair and filling in places. The kitchen was also lacking basic glassware. During our stay there were only three glasses available in total — two tumblers and one wine glass — which was rather inadequate. There were also no instructions provided for operating the oven. In addition, the dining setup was disappointing, as there is no dining table and only three dining chairs provided. You understandably place a lot of emphasis on respecting neighbours and monitoring noise levels, including the use of decibel alarms. However, there was no mention prior to arrival that the grounds surrounding the property are effectively a building site. There is also a large skip overflowing with various refuse immediately outside the property, numerous unregistered vehicles restricting parking and access, and two large dogs roaming freely around the premises. Whilst the dogs appeared harmless enough, they were able to access what remains of the garden area.

I'll be back! Positive: Location is amazing, ample space in the villa for a family of 9 and still rooms and beds to spare! Gated entrance and ample space for parking, very big garden for the kids! Keys were ready for us to check in ourselves even though I hadn't given the host time of my arrival. Host was very helpful in all instances and went out his way to help in which we even extended our stay. Location is within driving distance to central Manchester and surrounding towns, local supermarkets and gyms available. Towels in every room and bed and a massive kitchen to do your own cooking if needed. Negative: A dining table in living room to eat would have been the icing
