New 4-Bedroom Family + Free Parking

Has potential, but was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend. Positive: Modern design, but incredibly poorly executed. It had the potential to be good but it just really wasn’t… The host was communicative but there were too many problems for them to be able to fix. We stayed only 1 night- it was too late to find somewhere else when we arrived. We left the next day after securing a new booking elsewhere, and were given a full refund by the host due to the sheer number of issues we found at the property. Negative: Incredibly bare, not much in the way of furnishing at all. Back gate broken, fence panel in garden down, seal on front door damaged. No working WiFi, TV didn’t turn on, no kitchen bin and outside bin overflowing, kitchen table very unstable, chunks of plaster missing from walls around the property, multiple marks over various walls, and pen drawn on skirting boards all up the stairs. Bed sheets were dirty, and bed frames themselves were broken and therefore unable to be slept on. It was a case of having to move mattresses onto the floor. No lamps, no lampshades on ceiling lights. Broken blinds in one bedroom. One bedroom window left wide open on our arrival. A sanitary towel wrapper on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Dirty soggy tea towels left under the kitchen sink. Food in the sink, dirty oven and hob. En-suite shower tray poorly fitted and therefore unusable for more than 1 minute due to water overflow. Pictures in the listing were not even of the property, but of a similarly decorated property with a different layout.
